Terms and Conditions-

Included Files With Commissions
Illustrations will include a render of your commission in .png format, as well as a recorded timelapse and the raw .clip file. Pixel art will include a .png/.gif and the raw Aseprite .ase file, and 3D models will include the raw .blend file, as well as an .fbx file or .vrm, depending on the type of model. Due to technical limitations, pixel art and 3D commissions will NOT include timelapses.

Payment-
Invoices will be sent out upon the approval of the final sketch to the desired client PayPal address or Cash.App account, depending on your preferred payment method. Please note: I will not proceed with your commission until the invoice is paid. If the invoice is not paid within two weeks, I will cancel the commission.

Revisions and Refunds-
I can offer refunds for certain emergency situations, but only if a final sketch has been approved and paid for and the commission is NOT yet complete (please note, I will NOT send the unfinished commission past the final sketch phase at this point). Once a commission is complete, I cannot offer a refund. For any revisions that must be made, please request this before the final sketch is approved and paid for, or I may need to charge a late revision fee.

Post Completion Revisions-
In the event that I may have missed something or a minor adjustment must be made, upon completion of the commission, there is a one week grace period from the date of being sent the completed commission in which I will make the necessary adjustments free of charge. Major adjustments (up to my discretion) or adjustments requested after the grace period will be an additional charge, with the charge varying depending on the complexity of the changes requested. Any adjustments requested after three weeks from the date of the finished commission will NOT be accepted. Thank you for understanding.

AI Training-
Do not for any reason use commissions for AI training under any circumstances. Doing so will result in being permanently blocked and blacklisted from any future commissions.
